Replen Daily Minerals, Lychee
The calm afternoon drink that replaces what plain water washes out.
Ten past three. You've read the same email three times.
If you're eating a lot less than you used to, you're getting fewer minerals than you used to. And the extra water you're drinking doesn't hold minerals in. It moves them out. That's why the fourth glass doesn't help.
Replen is a daily mineral drink for exactly this. Magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium and B vitamins, in gentle doses meant for someone sitting at a desk, not someone running a marathon. One scoop in a glass of water, in the afternoon, every day.
It replaces what the water washes out. It won't fix everything, and anything that says it will is lying to you.
Caffeine free. Sugar free, sweetened with sucralose. Gentle on a stomach that's already careful. Lychee, quiet and a little lovely, not a sports flavor.
30 servings per tub. Every ingredient and every dose on the label, because you read labels twice, and you should.
My sister started Reta last year. I couldn't find her anything decent, so we made this.
Why plain water isn't enough
Water carries minerals, it doesn't contain them. When you drink a lot of plain water and eat less than you used to, minerals leave faster than they come in. That's why the fourth glass doesn't help. Replen puts back magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium, in gentle doses, so the water you drink has something to hold on to.
What's in it, exactly
Magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium, all as citrates, the forms that are easy on a careful stomach. B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B6, folate and B12. Lychee flavor, sweetened with sucralose, so it's sugar free. No caffeine.
Every dose is printed on the nutrition label in the photos above. No proprietary blends, ever. You read labels twice, so we made ours worth reading.
How to use
One scoop in a glass of water, once a day. The afternoon is the natural moment, around the time the fog usually lands. Stir, drink, done. A tub is 30 servings, about a month.

What one scoop actually does
It replaces the minerals your extra water washes out. Not a boost, not a cure, and anything that promises those is lying to you. A quiet top up, every afternoon.
- Magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium, in gentle daily doses
- B vitamins, for the weeks you eat less than you used to
- No caffeine, no sugar, nothing that fights your stomach

What's inside the tub
Every ingredient, and the reason it's there.

The four minerals
Magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium, all as citrates. Citrate is the polite form: easy to absorb, easy on a stomach that's already careful. The sodium is kept deliberately below sports-drink levels, because you're at a desk, not on a track.
The B vitamins
B1, B2, B3, B6, folate and B12. When you eat noticeably less, these are among the first things your meals stop covering. The doses here are daily-sized, not megadoses.
The honest fine print
Lychee flavor comes from natural and artificial flavors, and the sweetness is sucralose. We say that plainly because you'll read it on the label anyway, and you should.
That shelf was built for the gym crowd
Nothing wrong with sports formulas. They are just answering a different question.
Asked before buying
Will this interfere with my medication?
Replen is a mineral and vitamin drink, not a medicine, and it makes no medical promises. But you're careful about what goes into your body, and you should stay that way: take the label to your doctor or pharmacist and ask. That's not us covering ourselves. It's what we'd tell our own sister, because that's who this was made for.
Why not just drink more water?
Because plain water doesn't hold minerals in, it moves them out. If you're drinking plenty and still feel flat, more of the same water is not the answer. Water with minerals in it is.
What does it taste like?
Lychee: light, floral, a little sweet. It tastes like a nice drink, not a sports product and not a syrup. No caffeine, no sugar, sweetened with sucralose. We say that last part plainly because you'd find it on the label anyway.
Will it upset my stomach?
It's designed not to. The minerals are citrates, the gentler forms, and the sodium sits well below the big sports formulas, which many people on this medication find too aggressive. If your stomach is having a rough day, start with half a scoop.
How long does a tub last?
30 servings. One scoop a day makes it a month, almost exactly.
How long does shipping take?
Each tub is made and shipped from the USA, and you get a tracking link the moment it leaves. Allow up to a week within the US. Not the fastest promise on the internet, but an honest one.
