The window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives.

Unopened tubs

Changed your mind? If the tub is unopened, email us within 30 days and we refund the price of the product once it is on its way back. Return shipping is paid by you unless the mistake was ours.

Opened tubs

Replen is a food product, so an opened tub cannot be restocked or resold. But if something is wrong with your order, it arrived damaged, the wrong item came, or the product is not as it should be, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you. We will not make you argue for it.

How to start a return

Email info@replenhydration.com with your order number and what happened. Please wait for our reply before shipping anything back, so we can give you the right address and confirm the refund.

When the money arrives

Once a refund is approved, it usually shows up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
